FAQs

Have questions before reaching out? Here are answers to the ones we hear most often.

What happens on a discovery call?

A discovery call is a short, no-pressure conversation where you can share what you've been dealing with and ask any questions you have. We'll talk through your goals and help you decide whether one-on-one PT, private reformer Pilates, or a combination is the right fit for you. There's no commitment required.

Do you accept insurance?

Golden Hour Pilates and Rehab is a cash-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. We do offer superbills, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients find the one-on-one, unhurried care to be well worth it and we're happy to talk through costs on your discovery call.

Do I need a referral to book?

No referral is needed. You can reach out directly to book your discovery call. New Hampshire allows direct access to physical therapy, so you're welcome to connect with us whenever you're ready.

Where are you located and is parking available?

We're located at 135 McDonough St Unit 335, Portsmouth, NH 03801, inside Parlor Coworking. If you have questions about finding us or parking in the area, feel free to reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Telehealth is available for clients who prefer virtual sessions or are unable to come in person. Reach out and we can talk through whether telehealth is a good fit for what you're working on.
