One-on-One, Every Time

No shared sessions, no group classes. You have the full attention of your provider for every minute of every visit.

A Clear Plan From Day One

You won't leave your first session wondering what's next. After your comprehensive evaluation, you'll understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and exactly what we're going to do about it.

PT and Pilates in One Place

Most clinics offer one or the other. At Golden Hour, your PT plan can flow directly into ongoing private reformer Pilates so your progress doesn't stop when symptoms do.

Built to Keep You Moving

The goal isn't just to get you out of pain, it's to build the strength and movement foundation that keeps you there. Many clients transition from PT into ongoing private Pilates to maintain their progress long term.

FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most before a discovery call.

What is a discovery call, and what happens during it?

It's a free, short call where we learn a little about what's going on, answer your questions, and help you decide whether PT, private Pilates, or a combination makes the most sense for where you are right now.

Is this real physical therapy or just Pilates classes?

It's one-on-one physical therapy with a Pilates-based rehab approach, not group fitness. You'll work with a licensed physical therapist who uses reformer Pilates as part of how care is delivered.

Do you take insurance?

Golden Hour is a cash-based practice. We offer superbills, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients find the level of one-on-one care is worth the investment.

I've never tried reformer Pilates, is this right for me?

Yes, and you don't need any experience. Every session starts from where you are, and the reformer is adjusted to match your movement and comfort level. Many of our clients come in with no Pilates background at all.

What kinds of issues do people typically come in with?

People come to us when they're dealing with things like low back pain, hip pain, core weakness, neck discomfort, poor posture, or recurring flare-ups that keep them from staying as active as they'd like to be.

Still have questions?

We're happy to help before you commit to anything.
