Ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to prevent future issues, a PT-based Pilates program emphasizes proper alignment, core stability, and functional strength. With the goal of a safer, smarter movement experience that supports long-term mobility, enhances body awareness, and helps you move with confidence and resilience in everyday life. This concierge model allows you to see your therapist without a referral from your PCP and offers you on an individualized plan to support your individualized goals.

Manual Therapy:

  • Joint mobilization and manipulations

  • Deep tissue massage

  • Dry Needling

  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization

Exercise Prescription:

Each client gets an Individualized approach to their program in order to reach their goals that may include

  • Mobility training program

  • Strengthening program

  • Neuromuscular re-education program rooted in pilates based exercises on the reformer

  • Balance and stability program

  • Home exercise program - custom program to address all findings that is updated each session

  • Patient Education and Self-treatment program on ergonomics, resting posture, movement techniques

The PT Program

Comprehensive Eval + 12 follow up visits over 8-10 weeks

Inclusion:

  • Comprehensive initial evaluation with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy to address the whole body

  • 1-2 Physical Therapy treatments a week for 8-10 weeks that are designed to meet your individual goals

  • Utilization of the pilates reformer for rehabiliation

  • Videos of exercises for home program

  • Continuous conversation with your PT between sessions

  • Options to start Pilates membership after completion of physical therapy
